Dedicated Teaching Assistant Required

Contract: Until July 2025
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 6 pupil with emotional needs and challenging behaviour.
In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to create a supportive learning environment tailored to the pupil's unique needs.
- Provide emotional and behavioural support, helping the pupil manage challenges and build confidence.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience supporting children with emotional or behavioural needs, ideally in a school setting.
- A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
- DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
