We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Classroom Assistant Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis to cover short-term absences and provide valuable support to our students and teachers.

Job Description: As a Classroom Assistant Specialist, you will work closely with classroom teachers to provide essential support to students across various age groups and abilities. Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver lessons and activities under the guidance of classroom teachers.
  • Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) through individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment by managing classroom behavior and promoting social skills.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and other support professionals to ensure seamless classroom operations.

Requirements: Previous experience working in an educational setting, preferably as a teaching assistant or classroom assistant. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and colleagues.
