We are seeking a highly skilled Educational Leadership Coordinator to join our team at Cobham Hall, a member of the prestigious Round Square network of schools. Located in a stunning 18th-century park landscape in Kent, our school provides an ideal environment for students to thrive.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our admissions and marketing efforts, ensuring that our unique educational philosophy is showcased to prospective students and families.
As an Educational Leadership Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting our school's values and inspiring minds. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, utilizing your excellent communication and project management skills.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a challenging and rewarding role. As an Educational Leadership Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
• Overseeing the development and implementation of our admissions and marketing strategies
• Collaborating with the leadership team to promote our school's values and mission
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and staff members
• Analyzing data and evaluating the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A degree in a relevant field, such as education, marketing, or business
• Proven experience in admissions and marketing, preferably in an independent school setting
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
