About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Estee Lauder. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products, including makeup, skincare, and fragrances, and will be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Offer product recommendations and demonstrations to enhance the client's shopping experience
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and product launches
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Contribute to the creation of an engaging and inspiring store environment that reflects the Estee Lauder brand
