Key Responsibilities:

  • Combine your creative and technical expertise to create an exceptional customer experience
  • Sell Estee Lauder products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance
  • Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events
  • Ensure the store always achieves high standards of visual merchandising

Requirements:

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • An approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
