Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Work Wellbeing Coach to join our team at East Ayrshire Council. As a Work Wellbeing Coach, you will play a vital role in providing intensive holistic support to families, helping to tackle in-work poverty and enhance links between local employability services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic support to families, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
  • Work closely with local employability services to promote and deliver key objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure effective support.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to family support.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong understanding of poverty reduction strategies and employability services.
  • Experience working with vulnerable groups, including children and protected adults.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
