We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Stirling. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will play a vital role in driving store performance and leading the team in the absence of the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in driving store performance and leading the team in their absence.
- Work closely with the team to ensure a 5-star customer experience and optimize KPI performance.
- Coach and develop the team to deliver sales targets and maintain high operational standards.
- Lead by example and role-model ScS company values and behaviors to inspire the team.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve store operations and optimize performance.
