The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Machinery Sales Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for processing purchase orders, sales orders, delivery paperwork, and clearing purchase invoices. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth flow of sales processes within the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and supplier bonuses
  • Clear purchase invoices and manage delivery paperwork
  • Support the sales team in ensuring the efficient processing of sales orders
  • Process goods in and goods out paperwork
  • Handle depot transfers and liaise with suppliers, finance companies, and hauliers
  • Work with internal teams to handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and handle phone calls and queries from customers, suppliers, and sales team members
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confident IT user with experience in using 365, Ibcos, and manufacturer-based systems
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and prioritize tasks effectively
