Job Summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Lead to join our team. As a key member of our testing team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end manual and automated testing for our applications, including bespoke and standalone systems, an external website, and a CRM undergoing an upgrade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute end-to-end manual and automated testing for 10 applications, ensuring high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
  • Provide technical leadership in an Agile/Scrum environment, guiding team members and stakeholders to achieve testing goals.
  • Utilize automation tools, with specific expertise in ETL testing and CRM systems, to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and project management, to ensure testing aligns with business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize testing efforts, ensuring critical business areas are adequately covered.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring thorough testing and high-quality results.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and testing methodologies, applying knowledge to improve testing processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • ISEB/ISTQB Software Testing accreditation or equivalent.
  • Strong testing background and test automation experience, with a focus on Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in test management tools, such as Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or Jira.
  • Expertise in automation tools, including Selenium, Specflow, NUnit, Extent-Reporting, and Page Object Model.
  • Proficiency in C# programming language and familiarity with Visual Studio 2019 or higher.
  • Knowledge of SQL and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Visio.
  • Understanding of SDLC methodologies and experience with Agile (Scrum) testing.
  • Integration of automated test cases with CI/CD frameworks and tools, such as Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, defect management, task planning, and performance measurement/reporting.
  • Familiarity with Browser Compatibility test tools, such as BrowserStack, and experience with XML and service-oriented protocols.
