HR Services Advisor

HRLife Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Services Adviser to join their team. As an HR Services Adviser, you will be responsible for providing HR support to both the UK and EMEA employees on a range of issues such as maternity, paternity, flexible working requests, gardening leave, bonus payments, probations, etc.
You will also be responsible for providing support to managers and employees on Workday and driving the use of self-service. Additionally, you will ensure all template letters and forms are reviewed and updated as needed in line with changes.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a UK HR team in a large global matrix business. You will be able to answer a variety of HR queries in a timely manner, understand and provide appropriate solutions to queries, and ensure the HR system is accurate and updated – conducting regular audits.
You will also be responsible for training your colleagues on HR system changes, inputting into enhancing current processes, accurately documenting them, and exhibiting exemplary communication skills.
The successful candidate will be able to work in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days in the office and 1-2 days at home. You will also be required to work 40-45k plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing HR support to both the UK and EMEA employees on a range of issues
- Providing support to managers and employees on Workday and driving the use of self-service
- Ensuring all template letters and forms are reviewed and updated as needed in line with changes
- Supporting the delivery of TUPE administration processes where applicable
- Supporting with long-term absence queries
- Conducting all Workday data audit checks
- Working closely with the reward team to capture any legislation changes and provide support as needed on pension administration
- Managing the retirement and process probations paperwork
- Overseeing the leaver process - exit interview calculations, settlement agreements, etc.
- Providing admin support to the HRBPs on restructures, M&A, and redundancies
Requirements
- Previous experience of working in a UK HR team in a large global matrix business
- Ability to answer a variety of HR queries in a timely manner
- Understanding and providing appropriate solutions to queries
- Ensuring the HR system is accurate and updated – conducting regular audits
- Training colleagues on HR system changes
- Inputting into enhancing current processes, accurately documenting them
- Exhibiting exemplary communication skills
