Job Title: Head of Product Management

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Product Management to join our team at Bridgewater Resourcing Solutions Limited.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Product Management function, driving product strategy, and working closely with the management team to create a scalable framework for product scope, design, development, and go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the end-to-end Product Management function, driven by data from a wide range of sources to support timely updates to stakeholders on progress.
  • Resource management and budgeting across teams, accountable for team development and department budget in order to deliver against company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create the company's product strategy and vision, and execute and evolve the product roadmap.
  • Translate product strategy into a scalable framework for product scope, design, development, and go-to-market execution, with the primary aim of delivering value to our customers, prospects, and the business.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in similar roles, especially B2B SaaS solutions ideally in workforce management in the Retail, Entertainment, and Hospitality industries.
  • Data-driven and highly analytical, using data to drive and/or validate decisions.
  • Anticipate future trends in workforce management to ensure our products remain at the forefront of the industry.
  • Risk-balanced decision making, making informed decisions that balance risk and innovation, ensuring continuous progress in the product pipeline.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, management, and the ability to hire, inspire, and retain the best talent.
