Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate finance projects, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor on strategic financial matters.
  • Oversee the preparation of high-quality financial models, pitch documents, and transaction reports.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the corporate finance practice.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
Requirements
  • Significant experience (8+ years) in corporate finance advisory, with a strong track record of leading successful transactions.
  • Deep knowledge of the North West market, with established relationships in the business community.
  • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
