Corporate Finance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Director to join our team at BDO LLP. As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Support and contribute to the management of the Corporate Finance team, working closely with Assistant Directors, Directors, and Partners to achieve business objectives.
- Project manage larger Corporate Finance engagements, including the identification and resolution of project issues prior to Partner review, and assume responsibilities for project execution and delivery to timelines.
- Lead the development of existing and new service stream practices, taking ownership of client relationships and projects.
- People management responsibilities, including performance management, knowledge sharing, completion of appraisal documents, training, and recommendations for promotion.
- Act as a mentor to team members, providing coaching and guidance to assist them in achieving their personal career goals.
- Convert existing opportunities into future corporate finance work, and identify new project opportunities for Corporate Finance.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent), or relevant work experience.
- Previous management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
