Job Overview:
Clinical Selection is seeking a skilled Territory Manager to manage sales activities within the territory and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical device industry and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:
This role involves promoting and selling specialized product portfolios to healthcare customers, providing product and clinical information, and conducting training sessions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within each account.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell orthopaedic medical devices to healthcare customers.
  • Provide product and clinical information to customers.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Track customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Business, as well as minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the Medical Device industry. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
