Detailed Job Description and Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have:
- Professional qualification in Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, or Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience in community mental health work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to provide supervision and support to junior staff and students.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of the Care Programme Approach (CPA) and the Mental Health Act 1983.
- Experience of working with individuals with mental health needs.
