About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practitioner to join our team at Oaklands Surgery & Yeovil Health Centre. As a GP with Symphony Healthcare Services Limited, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative primary care environment, providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake all clinical duties associated with a GP working in primary care, without the responsibilities and risks associated with being a partner.
  • Work flexibly according to need, contributing to areas such as Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF), Quality Improvement (QI), training, and research projects.
  • Have a clearly defined job plan setting out the hours of work and responsibility and tasks associated with the role.

Person Specification

We are looking for a GP who:

  • Is a medical practitioner whose name is included in the General Practitioner Register under article 10 of the General and Specialist Medical Practice Order 2003.
  • Is not subject to suspension under section 41A of the Medical Act 1983.
  • Has completed a certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) as a General Practitioner.
  • Is currently on a performers list and not suspended from that list or from the medical register.
  • Is accredited as a member of the Royal College Of General Practitioners (MRCGP) and holds an MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
