**Key Responsibilities**

As a SENDCo at Tirlebrook Primary School, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the school's SEND provision, including developing and implementing effective strategies for supporting children with SEND.
  • Working closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure seamless collaboration and support for children with SEND.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external agencies, such as local authorities and healthcare providers.
  • Holding regular meetings with parents and carers to discuss their child's progress and provide support.
  • Leading the school's SEND policy and procedures, ensuring compliance with current legislation and guidelines.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working conditions and opportunities for professional development.
