Job Title: Accounts Receivable Administrator

LG Electronics UK is seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Credit Control and Accounts Receivable team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts by debit note resolution and proactive cash collection to terms and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Debit note management, including processing on to our internal online system
  • Debit note/chargeback analysis and resolution
  • Internal and external chasing of high-volume debit notes to resolution
  • Bi-weekly direct debit collection and management of the direct debit ledger
  • Proactive query resolution of invoices and debit notes
  • Cash collection by telephone and email
  • Reconciliation and maintenance of customer accounts
  • Liaising with the credit analyst in respect of credit limits and held order issues
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a blue-chip company
  • Strong query management skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience of Oracle-based systems is an advantage
  • Highly numerate, analytical, highly organized, and with a good eye for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple work streams to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
