You will work closely with the leadership team to understand business needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. You will also be responsible for analyzing workforce data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Your salary package will include a competitive annual salary of around £70,000 - £90,000 depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
