Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the Managing Director and practice manager to ensure the smooth operation of the finance team.
- Assisting in accounts payable functions by processing invoices, expense claims, and payments.
- Reconciling office accounts and purchase ledger on a daily basis.
- Engaging with clients to resolve any financial issues.
- Preparing bi-monthly reports on Debtors and Creditors for the Financial Director and Managing Director.
- Preparing monthly management accounts.
- Liaising with branches to ensure financial information is up-to-date.
- Using Leap and Xero systems to manage financial transactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in legal accounts.
- 4 years of accounts experience.
- IT literacy, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with Xero and Leap software.
