Job Description:
FEC UK is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead the development of our residential projects. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As a key member of the development team, you will work closely with the Development Director to manage project status reporting, including planned against actual progress, quality, cost, risk, and opportunity. You will also be responsible for managing project set-up, administration, and procedures in line with company standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of PQE in a relevant field, relevant qualifications in building, surveying, engineering, project management, or other relevant disciplines. They will possess strong communication skills, able to demonstrate an adaptable style to suit a varied audience, and IT skills including Asta PowerProject are a plus.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
