Our office in Cambridge or London are key hubs for these services, and we are excited to welcome a new Senior Associate / Partner to our growing team.

Our Services
  • Claims for financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
  • Specialising in farming will disputes, particularly those involving farmland and assets
  • Addressing breaches of trust and professional negligence claims related to will drafting

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with our Private Client team to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes for our clients
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their professional development and the overall growth of the team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships
