**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated psychiatrist to join our team as a Lead Clinical Specialist Psychiatrist.

The successful candidate will have experience in providing high-quality clinical care to patients with mental health conditions, particularly in General Adult Psychiatry.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.

You will also work closely with our Consultant Psychiatrists to provide medical leadership and support to our teams, ensuring that we deliver excellent patient outcomes.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Assess and manage patients with complex mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care pathways
  • Provide medical leadership and support to junior staff members

**Requirements:**

  • Eligible to register with the General Medical Council (GMC)
  • Postgraduate qualification in psychiatry or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality clinical care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
