About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team at Knightwood Associates. As an Architect, you will be responsible for developing design solutions for education projects, working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality buildings that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse project requirements to understand broad needs and develop architectural designs that meet quality parameters, project timelines, and budgetary requirements.
  • Coordinate design intent with other disciplines, including engineering, project management, and design-build services.
  • Integrate engineering requirements, site surveys, and field review information to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Perform site visits to determine compliance with construction documents, identify any deviations, and liaise with owners and contractors to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of project work experience, with a focus on education projects.
  • Experience with RIBA stages, architectural software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and PhotoShop), and building regulations.
  • Familiarity with MEP and structural building systems.
