The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of autism, sensory processing, and strategies to support effective learning. Previous experience working with students with autism or in an ASD-specific setting is essential. You will be responsible for delivering individualised support to students with autism, adapting learning activities to meet each student's unique needs. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

You will foster students' communication, social, and independent learning skills, promoting confidence and resilience. You will use effective behaviour management techniques to support students in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals. You will also record and monitor students' progress, communicating regularly with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure comprehensive support.

This is a competitive opportunity to earn between £83.33 - £90.00 per day, depending on experience. Immediate start is available, and we offer opportunities for ongoing training and career growth.
