Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager

Location: Wiltshire

Salary: Up to £71,000 package + 30% bonus + Outstanding benefits

As a Registered Children's Home Manager at SEND Inclusion Support, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth, security, and motivation for both staff and young individuals. Our home in Wiltshire caters to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, and our goal is to achieve the best possible outcomes for those in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations within the home, ensuring seamless delivery of care and support.
  2. Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, maintaining a high level of quality and excellence.
  3. Actively participate in new referrals, working closely with colleagues to provide a warm welcome and effective transition.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home, demonstrating your expertise and leadership.
  • A dedicated and passionate leader with a drive to make a positive impact, inspiring and motivating your team.
  • Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England), showcasing your commitment to professional development.
  • Full UK driving license held for a minimum of 12 months, ensuring you can travel safely and efficiently.
