Job Summary:

The Oval Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Multidisciplinary Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and troubleshooting to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance records and repair procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our facilities remain at the forefront of technical innovation.

Requirements:

  • Relevant engineering qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on electrical maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early and late shifts, to meet the needs of our manufacturing operations.
