About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated maintenance team at a prestigious commercial facility in the Perth area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical planned and reactive maintenance within a highly prestigious facility and estate
  • Perform PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across building services plant
  • Conduct lighting and emergency lighting maintenance
  • Ensure compliance checks are completed
  • Monitor the Building Management System (BMS)
  • Continuously review systems and identify areas for improvement and energy reduction
  • Diagnose faults effectively and make good whenever possible
  • Overlap with Mechanical, HVAC, and fabric teams where needed
  • Perform electrical small works and lifecycle repairs

Requirements:

  • Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or Part 1&2)
  • Experience of PPM and reactive maintenance works
  • Plant room experience
  • 18th edition certification
  • Client-facing skills
  • Previous experience of compliance checks
  • Previous experience of commercial-grade buildings
  • Able to pass a DBS check
  • Valid driving license
