We are a leading law firm, Michelmores LLP, seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Private Client team in Bristol. Our team works across all four of our main offices, advising on a full range of Private Client work, including tax advice for individuals and their wealth, the creation and administration of trusts and other vehicles to hold and manage private wealth.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in the private client field. You will work alongside leading individuals and recommended lawyers on a variety of Private Wealth matters, including tax advice, trust creation, and estate planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on tax planning and estate planning strategies
  • Creating and administering trusts and other vehicles to hold and manage private wealth
  • Working with our strategic land team to advise on land ownership and promotion agreements
  • Advising on inheritance tax and other tax-related matters
