Executive Director of Strategic Growth

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts in the IT services industry. With a strong background in IT services for Lifesciences, CPG, or Beverage industries, you will be responsible for establishing new relationships with key industry stakeholders and driving business growth through IT service and project sales.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in IT services sales with large corporations, advanced analytical, communication, and customer service skills. Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, Data, BI, AI, Digital Engineering, and eCommerce services is also essential.
This role offers a competitive compensation package, medical insurance, access to professional development opportunities, and a performance-based commission structure. Flexible work arrangements are also available, including in-office, remote, or hybrid based on preference and approval.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish new relationships to introduce our consultancy to key industry stakeholders
- Drive business growth through IT service and project sales, targeting substantial revenue growth
- Develop and implement mid- and long-term strategic plans for market penetration
- Build and maintain C-level relationships to drive long-term revenue growth
- Cultivate and expand client networks, fully understanding their business needs
- Keep leadership informed of industry trends and client challenges impacting the business
