Job Description

This is a pivotal role that requires a deep understanding of iOS development principles, experience with SwiftUI, Swift, and Objective-C, and a passion for delivering high-quality code. You will work closely with our Android development team to ensure seamless collaboration and will be responsible for:

  • Improving our modularised frameworks between internal iOS projects
  • Designing and translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code and beautiful products
  • Maintaining high-performance, reusable, and reliable SwiftUI, Swift, and Objective-C code
  • Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of our applications
  • Maintaining code quality, organisation, and automation
Competence and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in developing consumer-facing, high-performance iOS applications using SwiftUI, Swift, and Objective-C
  • Strong knowledge of iOS SDK and its components
  • Understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and their connection to back-end services
  • Knowledge of the open-source iOS ecosystem and libraries available for common tasks
  • Kotlin knowledge (not essential)
