Job Description

We are seeking a Team Lead for Mobile Services to join our team at Griffin Fire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of mobile units across London.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory role. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and training a team of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained;
  • Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer requirements;
  • Maintaining accurate records of cleaning activities and staff attendance;
  • Identifying and addressing any quality issues or concerns promptly;
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and reporting any incidents or hazards;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively;
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently;
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and protocols;
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment;
Salary and Benefits
