Project Quantity Surveyor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join our team in central London.
You will be working on high-value hotel and residential projects, with a focus on quantity surveying and project management.
The ideal candidate will have MRICS qualification, experience in PQS or multi-disciplinary consultants, and a good understanding of the whole design process.
As a Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from pre-contract to post-contract stages, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £50,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:- Manage projects from pre-contract to post-contract stages
- Coordinate with architects, landscape architects, and interior designers
- Prepare budgets, schedules, and risk assessments
- Communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
