This is a challenging opportunity for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to work with a multi-disciplinary consulting firm in their central London office.

The successful candidate will have experience working on high-value hotel and residential projects, ideally with a PQS or multi-disciplinary consultant background.

As a Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from pre-contract to post-contract stages, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

With excellent written and spoken English skills, you will communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £50,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
  • MRICS qualified QS
  • Experience in PQS or multi-disciplinary consultants
  • Good understanding of the whole design process
  • Ability to use MS Project and possibly P6 too
  • Short-term travel overseas for meetings, site visits, etc.
  • Project management experience or MSc in Construction Project Management
  • Stable work record and good pre- and post-contract work experience
