HLTA Role Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils on their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to teachers and pupils in a Primary school setting
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with pupils, teachers, and parents
- Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience or qualifications in TA roles
- Proactive with good initiative and great curriculum knowledge
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the school and pupils
- Passion for teaching and learning
