Role Overview and Responsibilities:

  • As a Valuation Surveyor, you'll adopt a hybrid working model, working both as a team and independently in whichever environment suits you best.

  • You'll be responsible for preparing valuation reports for a broad range of purposes.

We're Looking for a Person Who Has:

  • Member of RICS with experience in real-estate valuations.
  • Great communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to meet deadlines and provide amazing service to our clients.
  • Ability to complete valuations independently, work under deadlines, and willing to work as a team player in diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of Argus Enterprise would be an advantage.
  • An eye for detail to be comfortable with thorough report writing and Excel.
