About the Job
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Employment Coach, based in Hemel Hempstead. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality support and interventions to offenders, promoting their confidence and positive mindset through structured programs and personalized guidance.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for preparing and delivering effective group and individual interventions, collaborating closely with prison staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and pre-release preparation for participants. Your expertise in driving performance through focused management will be invaluable in this role.

Requirements
To succeed in this position, you must have:
  • Demonstrated success in target-driven environments, with the ability to drive performance through focused management.
  • Proven experience in delivering training and interventions that yield tangible results.
  • The capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • An understanding of the barriers faced by offenders/ex-offenders in reintegrating into society and the skills to manage challenging behavior.
  • A commitment to rehabilitation, ensuring a supportive and empowering atmosphere for participants.

Salary Information
