Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at AGM Construction Recruitment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and execute project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate and manage project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Risk Management and Quality Assurance
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
    • Develop and implement quality assurance plans to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
    • Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to clients and stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit project reports, including status updates, financial reports, and other relevant documentation.
    • Manage project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Recognized diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
    • Professional membership or certification in a relevant field, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or CCM.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
    • Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in project management software and tools.
