Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are met, including project reports, status updates, and final project documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure that all project activities are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello.
