Main Purpose of the Role

This role will report directly to the Global Head of Trade and Transaction Reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head and Deputy Head of Trade and Transaction Reporting in ensuring that the Firm meets all its reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage stakeholder relationships across Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Change Management, and Technology
  2. Exception management and root cause analysis for various regulations
  3. Regulatory Reporting BAU Operations experience and awareness of regulations such as MiFID, EMIR, DMO Reporting, Commodities Position Reporting, Best Ex, Instrument Reporting, Trade Reporting, REMIT, and SFTR
  4. Migrate BAU processes from other areas to TTR Operations, involving preparing operational procedures, workflows, and presenting to the team
  5. Partner with Technology, Change Management, and Compliance to support regulatory reporting change initiatives
  6. Remediate issues raised by partnering with other support functions
  7. Be an active member of the Trade and Transaction Reporting Committee/Working Group, tracking remediation of current risks and issues, understanding upcoming regulations, and adapting the operating model as required
Skills and Experience Required
  1. Desirable experience or understanding of Trade or Transaction Reporting
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
  4. Good organisational skills

  7. Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion
