About the Role
">This SEN Teaching Assistant role presents an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a tangible difference in the lives of students with special educational needs in Bromley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services, collaborating with educators and support staff to design and implement comprehensive learning plans, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect within the school community.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Conduct thorough assessments of students' needs, identifying areas where additional support is required and developing targeted interventions to address these gaps.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to integrate student-specific support into lesson plans and daily activities.
- Provide regular progress updates to parents and guardians, ensuring they are informed about their child's academic and personal progress.
Requirements:
">- Relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching Assistance, such as CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ Level 2 or 3.
- Experience working with children, preferably in a Special Educational Needs setting.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.
Salary and Benefits:
">The estimated salary for this role is £85-£100 per day, depending on experience and contract type.
