About the Role

TBC Conversions is a leading provider of wheelchair-accessible vehicles, minibuses, and bespoke conversions in the UK and Ireland. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Sales Executive to join our team.

As a Fleet Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing commercial customers, identifying sales opportunities, and securing ongoing business through long-term relationship building.

You will work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers to identify sales opportunities and secure ongoing business
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the business
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and customer experience
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong IT skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer systems
  • A full driving license, with the ability to travel extensively throughout the UK and Ireland
  • Proven experience in a target-driven sales environment, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Right to work in the UK
