About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Nurse Practitioner to lead our Enhanced Care Team in delivering compassionate patient care.

As a key member of our team, you will provide expert leadership for the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered services for individuals living with dementia and their families.

Your expertise in falls prevention will be instrumental in reducing harm and promoting patient safety within our newly developed Enhanced Care service.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing to develop and implement strategies that strengthen the management of Enhanced Care Services.

You will have a strong focus on robust risk management systems, ensuring safe, efficient, effective, and timely management of the Enhanced Care agenda.

  • Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with Part 1 registration on the NMC or first-level professional qualification in AHP/Social Work
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £73,693 per annum.
