Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our pharmacy team as a Dispensary Assistant Professional. In this role, you will support the dispensing process, advise customers on pharmacy services, and respond to customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

As a Dispensary Assistant Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the operation of our pharmacies, ensuring that all dispensary routines and standard operating procedures are followed.
  • Advising customers on the range of pharmacy services available, including dispensing and clinical services.
  • Responding to customer queries, informing pharmacists of any complaints or concerns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience or qualifications gained from working in a pharmacy environment. You should also have a desire to train and develop into the pharmacy field.
