We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in delivering on centre goals and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and mentoring the team to achieve exceptional operational standards and customer service.
- Running an effective front-of-house operation, including the lanes, bar, and diner.
- Supporting the General Manager in delivering on centre goals and financial targets.
- Ensuring the centre has the best standards and service in the industry.
- Guaranteeing a safe and fun environment for customers.
Requirements:
- Management experience, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry.
- A passion for customer service.
- Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams.
- A willingness to work nights and weekends.
- Desire for success.
