Dementia Care Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional dementia care across all Cinnamon Homes. As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in implementing CCC's vision of providing the highest standards of dementia care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver in-house dementia training to build confidence and expertise among staff.
- Establish dementia champions in each community with quarterly meetings and support networks.
- Provide guidance and support to management teams on addressing incidents related to distress behavior.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in dementia care and be knowledgeable about the latest best practices. You will be expected to travel between care homes, staying overnight when required. A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum is offered for this challenging and rewarding role.
