Job Title: Head of Complaints and Risk Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Complaints and Risk Management function. As Head of Complaints and Risk Management, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to regulatory requirements and industry best practices in complaint handling and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complaints Handling: Develop and implement effective complaint handling processes to ensure that customer complaints are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with our business operations, ensuring that we maintain a strong risk management culture.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our company complies with all relevant regulatory requirements, including those related to complaint handling and risk management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for complaint handling and risk management, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, regulatory bodies, and external partners.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve our complaint handling and risk management processes to ensure that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a strong background in complaint handling and risk management.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in complaint handling and risk management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
