Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Planning Manager to join our team at Right People. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans that align with our corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed budgets for specific territories or legal entities
  • Coordinate the collection and production of financial information
  • Consolidate reports at the sub-regional level
  • Lead the construction of budget and forecast presentation packs
  • Ensure accurate and complete recognition of revenue and costs through direct client billing and supplier invoices or proper accruals
  • Supervise the analytical allocation of accounting entries
  • Ensure General and Administrative (G&A) costs are properly reported in their month of occurrence with proper analytical allocation
  • Control the accuracy and completeness of information reported
  • Consolidate information received within our Group Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Analyze variances against budget and previous year
  • Prepare monthly analysis for Regional management, including country/product line profitability analysis by contract, rolling forecast, and G&A review
  • Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews, using our Group ERP system, to consolidate variances against budget and support management presentations to Group directors
  • Ensure Net Change Profit and Loss (NC P&L) and reporting by client database is up-to-date, facilitating rolling forecasts

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in financial planning and analysis software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
