About the Role:

We are proud to be working with a long-standing food manufacturing business in West Bromwich to help them recruit a Technical Assistant on a permanent basis. The role comes with an attractive salary of up to £38,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking charge of customer complaint handling, delving into investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. They will also assist in leading the Quality team, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.

Key Requirements:
  1. A solid understanding of BRC audit procedures, with a preference for those experienced in the field.
  2. A minimum qualification of HACCP level 3 or equivalent, showcasing your commitment to food safety.
  3. Experience in Internal Auditing, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
