Process & Quality Engineer

This role is pivotal in developing and implementing business processes and standards across various areas including Production, Quality, Engineering, and Environmental, Health & Safety. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering commercially viable solutions to technical and engineering requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quality and process engineering skills through CPD and company-supported training.
  • Maintain competence on company business and IT systems, including Epicor E10.
  • Interpret business objectives in the context of engineering standards, developing processes and procedures for QMS that enable compliance.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £37,500 based on the location and industry standard.

Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in automotive engineering or a similar discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
